- Passing the threshold. The threshold is is the median score (1928) out of all the teams
- Top 2 teams from their respective schools
If the capacity of 20 teams are still not filled, we will include the highest scoring teams out of those eliminated teams until there are 20 teams.
1 additional slot has opened up hence the next highest scoring team was added.
